How do I prevent clogged drains?
Maintain your drains by routinely flushing them with hot water and a mixture of baking soda and vinegar. Make sure to install proper drain covers to prevent debris from entering each drain, and avoid disposing of cooking oils down the drain, as they can solidify in the pipes and cause blockages.

It’s possible the lift chain might be tangled, there could be an issue with the flapper or the fill valve is worn out and not turning off.
